Clear, fair guidelines that protect our community and support a welcoming place to call home.

Welcome to Boulevard MHP. These community rules are designed to protect the quality of life for every resident. We ask that you review them carefully and share them with all household members and guests. A complete, signed copy of the official rules and regulations is provided at lease signing.

General Conduct

Boulevard MHP is a close-knit community built on mutual respect. These standards help ensure a safe, pleasant environment for every resident.

  • Treat fellow residents, guests, and park staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while on park property.
  • Obtain written approval from management before making exterior modifications to your home or lot.
  • Do not engage in disruptive, threatening, or illegal activity anywhere within the community.
  • Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or rule violations to the park office promptly.

Pet Policy

We welcome responsible pet owners. All pets must be registered with the office and kept in compliance with the following guidelines.

  • All pets must be registered with management prior to move-in or when acquiring a new pet.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash not exceeding six feet when outside your lot or fenced area.
  • Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets on all park property.
  • Excessive barking or nuisance behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
  • Aggressive breeds or pets deemed a safety risk may be restricted per park policy and local ordinance.

Parking

Proper parking keeps our streets safe and accessible for residents, guests, and emergency vehicles.

  • Observe the posted speed limit of 10 mph throughout the community at all times.
  • Park only in designated areas on your assigned lot or in approved visitor spaces.
  • Do not block driveways, fire lanes, sidewalks, or utility access points.
  • Commercial vehicles, inoperable vehicles, and unregistered vehicles may not be stored on park property.
  • Overnight street parking of guest vehicles requires prior notice to the park office when applicable.

Yard Maintenance

Well-kept lots reflect pride in our community. Residents share responsibility for maintaining an attractive neighborhood.

  • Keep your lot, home exterior, porch, and immediate surroundings clean and free of debris.
  • Mow grass and trim landscaping regularly to maintain a neat, uniform appearance.
  • Store personal items, equipment, and trash receptacles out of public view where possible.
  • Dispose of household trash in approved containers and follow the community collection schedule.
  • Address exterior repairs promptly, including skirting, steps, railings, and siding.

Quiet Hours

We ask all residents to be considerate of their neighbors, especially during designated quiet hours.

  • Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • During quiet hours, limit loud music, television volume, power equipment, and outdoor gatherings.
  • Construction, landscaping, and maintenance work should be scheduled during reasonable daytime hours.
  • Guests and visitors are expected to follow the same quiet-hour standards as residents.
  • Repeated violations of quiet-hour policies may result in written notice and further action per the lease.
