The following is from the official Boulevard Mobile Home Park Schedule of Utilities & Fees. Your signed lease lists your specific rent amount. Fees may be updated with proper notice as outlined in your lease and park rules.
**utilities to be reimbursed landlord by the 15th of the first month and paid with the rent by the fifth of the month thereafter.
*Please take care of the sewer system! No grease! No paper towels or diapers. Only toilet paper and poop. We want to keep the expenses as low as possible for our tenants. If, however, the systems are abused, the management will be forced to charge a per person maintenance fee to maintain the systems in good working order. Please help us to keep this service free!
Garbage pickup is provided by Lemays. At this time, the park pays for those services. Please make sure you clean up your garbage and put it in the provided container. If you do not have a container, please contact park management. Lawn Mowing Public Areas*** (as needed)
All units have water meters installed. Each tenant pays for their usage of their particular unit. This usage will be calculated by taking the total water usage of all the tenants and dividing that by the Water usage of each tenant, giving a percentage of the total usage for each tenant. Each tenant is responsible for their percentage of the total bill issued by the Aberdeen Water Dept. (Water usage is calculated by subtracting the tenant's previous month's reading from the present month's reading.)
